Instructions for Changing Language in Google Meet Transcription
Google Meet Transcription is an extension that allows you to record and transcribe conversations in Google Meet. For a more comfortable experience, you can change the transcription language in the settings.
First, you need to enable the extension
After you launch google meet a window will appear where you need to enable the extension, click on the “Ok” button as indicated in the image
Change the Transcription Language
In the bottom left corner you will see information with the specified language, if you need to change it, click on the three dots as shown in the picture below and go to settings.
Open the Settings
In the settings menu, you need to open the “Captions” tab as shown in the image.
Select a Language
By clicking on the “Language of the meeting” field, select the language you need as shown in the image.
Finished
Congratulations! You have successfully changed the language. The text will now be written in the language you specified.
